Shipping & Return Policy

At Royal Trends, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer. All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer after verification.
